Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During new releases or peak season, processing may take slightly longer, and we'll let you know if that's the case.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Shipping rates and available methods are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location, and are not guaranteed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our hands, it's in the carrier's control. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or your package appears lost, contact us at [YOUR EMAIL] and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute packages once they've shipped, and orders returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to reshipping charges.
