Refund Policy

Returns We want you to be happy with your Macon Ridge Outdoors gear. If something isn't right, you may return unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To start a return, contact us at Sales@maconridgeoutdoors.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send you return instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except when we've sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective. In those cases, we'll cover return shipping and make it right. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges Need a different size? Return the original item for a refund and place a new order, which is the fastest way to get what you need. Damaged or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Sales@maconridgeoutdoors.com with photos and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. Non-Returnable Items Worn, washed, or altered items cannot be returned. Final sale items are noted as such at the time of purchase.
